Compared with the traditional palladium catalyst, the high-efficiency palladium catalyst has a slightly smaller particle size, a significant reduction in bulk density, and a large pore on the catalyst surface. Therefore, it can ensure a high yield while reducing the amount of catalyst loading, and save investment and use costs. In the process of catalyst production, the impregnation depth of active components can be controlled by adjusting the type and dosage of active component locator pre-sprayed on the carrier, so as to prolong the regeneration cycle and service life of the catalyst.

Another advantage is that while traditional palladium catalyst is only suitable for fixed bed acid-alkaline environment, high efficiency palladium catalyst is not only suitable for acid-alkaline environment, but also for full acid environment.

At present, the most obvious advantages of high-efficiency Pd catalyst produced by Shaanxi Kaida are: 1) high compressive strength can be guaranteed under the condition of smaller bulk density (0.38-0.46 g/ml), so as to meet the service life requirements. 2) Because the impregnation depth of noble metal active components can be precisely regulated, the same production capacity can be guaranteed at the same catalyst loading volume, so as to reduce the amount of noble metal palladium, reduce the investment scale of the manufacturer and reduce the operating cost.
