Presensitized Plate (PS plate) is a kind of aluminum plate coated with photosensitive material required by the printing industry, and its surface should be treated before coating, and the processing conditions are 30%H₂SO₄ (mass fraction), 40℃, 7000 ~ 10000A/m². With the development of the printing industry, laser typesetting technology is increasingly developed, and the domestic demand for PS plates is also increasing. At present, the PS version base mostly uses thin aluminum plate. Through electrolytic oxidation of aluminum plates and other processing processes, it becomes a PS plate for printing industry. The surface of the aluminum plate should be cleaned before the electrolytic oxidation treatment. The surface cleaning process is cleaned by sulfuric acid direct current electrolysis. The cathode is the aluminum plate to be treated, and the anode material is the titanium anode with high electrocatalytic activity (DSA anode). Under its technological conditions, the titanium anode can produce a PS plate of 1.2 to 1.5 million m^₂.
