This order is for the production of high efficiency palladium alumina catalysts for the production of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone process, and the customer has put forward extremely high requirements for product quality, delivery time and service level. Facing this challenge, the company quickly set up a project team consisting of an elite team, covering procurement, production, sales, logistics, after-sales and other aspects.

During the production phase, technicians worked day and night to optimize products and ensure that the product performance reaches industry-leading levels. The production department carefully arranged the production plan and strictly controls each process to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of products. The sales team maintained close communication with customers to timely understand the changes in needs and provide professional solutions. Logistics department improved packaging deficiencies to ensure that the products safely and timely reach the hands of customers. The after-sales team was also prepared in advance to provide customers with comprehensive support at any time.

Through the unremitting efforts of all employees, we finally delivered satisfying products to the customers on time, and sent 30 tons of products to Shanghai Port for export in two batches on June 28 and July 27.
