Indonesia PRI company 192TPD hydrogen peroxide project (phase II) officially put into operation

Indonesia is an important demand market for hydrogen peroxide in the world, and its applications are mainly concentrated in paper, textile, food processing, electronics and other fields. However, the Indonesian hydrogen peroxide market is still mainly dependent on imports, which creates opportunities for Chinese hydrogen peroxide suppliers to enter the Indonesian market.

Following the successful operation of the RAPP Kerinci 180TPD hydrogen Peroxide Project (Phase I) in Sumatra, Indonesia, in October 2023, all units are currently running smoothly. Shaanxi Kaida has provided palladium catalyst for hydrogen peroxide with high activity, high selectivity and long life to ensure its continuous and stable production of qualified hydrogen peroxide. Recently, Indonesia PRI Company 192TPD hydrogen peroxide project (Phase II) was officially put into operation in Kalimantan Island, Indonesia. The project adopts the domestic advanced all-acid system hydrogen peroxide process, which has high hydrogen efficiency, high product quality, safe and simple process.

Shaanxi Kaida cooperation arrived in Tarakan, where the project was launched, on December 4 for a week-long inspection and assistance. Our palladium alumina catalyst for hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone method, as a new high-efficiency fixed bed catalyst with high activity, high selectivity and long life, has greatly reduced the amount of catalyst used and the amount of by-product generation. After a week of modification and operation, stable hydrogen peroxide output was basically achieved. The project side expressed great affirmation of our hydrogen peroxide catalyst technology and quality, which confirmed that our hydrogen peroxide catalyst has a strong competitiveness and development trend in overseas markets.
